Some of the ads found in this 53 year old magazine - it's amazing to find most of these brands are still in existence and going strong today! Their logos haven't been altered much either.

 

 

Just like the Oxo cubes I bought the other day from Tesco's - no reason to change a good thing...

 

 

 

 

 

Couldn't resist this X-ray revelation - must have been considered quite daring at he time, for a mainstream magazine. Extra eroticism added by the mask for good measure!

Three editorial illustrations from this issue - very strong drawing skills and dynamic compositions rarely seen these days.  The one above is by Ron Atkinson.

 

This one is credited as "Batchelor"
